Welcome to the Copenhaver community.

Copenhaver was developed in the late 1960's and early 1970's by the Kettler Brothers and the Patterson & Worland Architecture Firm. They created seven styles- the Allegany, the Kent, the Baltimore, the Frederick W.O., the Frederick, the Talbot, and the Queen Anne, named for counties in Maryland. The community consists of 211 single family homes with four or more bedrooms. 

There is a 10-acre private park within the community, which has a gazebo, two tennis courts, basketball courts, tot lot, baseball field, walking paths, picnic tables and benches. 

Located just off Falls Road and with convenient access to two I-270 entrances, Copenhaver is a car-oriented neighborhood but still allows for residents to walk to parks.
